It's officially in the single digits until Christmas day!!! I am beyond stoked! I love waking up on Christmas morning and
kissing my husband awake jumping up and down on the bed exclaiming, "Merry Christmas!!! Get up get up!!!" It makes me feel like a kid all over again. ;) I looked at the 10 day weather forecast for our area and it looks like the 23rd, 24th and 25th will all be sunny and in the 40's. HECK YES! I don't like snow or freezing cold so that is just find and dandy with me. I can't wait until we have little kiddos who will be the ones to wake us up at 6 in the morning with their little fuzzy pjs. I love little kids in those footed pjs. It's the cutest thing! I think I have a few more things I want to get for Christmas but I am pretty much totally finished with shopping which makes me feel pretty dang good!
So the house hunting extravaganza is going very well so far! My hubby and I have found several places that we like a lot so the next thing we are going to do is research what we need and then take the tours! There are several apartments, a few condos/townhomes and a couple of real houses. We are thinking that we want to buy an apartment though but we shall see. Have any of you purchased homes/apartments before? What tips or advice would you give for first time buyers??
