In other news! I bought some delicious Ezekiel bread last night - Cinnamon raisin. I haven't tasted it yet but I'm pretty excited to this morning, topped with melty, tasty, warm butter.
I also bought a bunch of fruits and veggies again. Getting back to eating healthy and cooking more so I've planned a few meals that I'm going to cook:
1. Green salad with chicken and caesar dressing
2. Crockpot bbq chicken with corn and mashed potatoes (not super healthy but super yummy!)
3. Cous Cous veggie dish. Not sure what to call it but it's a recipe Mike got from his mom
4. I bought ground turkey so I will find something to make with that too.
I had more ideas the other day but I'm too tired to think right now. My eyes are sticky, my stomach hurts and I just want to curl up in a ball and sleep and not wake up for 2 days. That sounds pleasant.
I'm pretty annoyed with my work. They told me I've used too much unpaid time off and that people keep abusing that. I got married this year, and my best friend got married this year and my brother got married this year....so that is why I had to use all of that time. It's not a normal occurrence. I can't wait to get out of this place. I need to work on getting my NSCA exam passed so I can be a certified personal trainer finally and then get a job training people. That would be lovely.
I would totally post more pictures on this blog but I don't have access to them on my computer here at work :( Normally when I'm home, I don't have time to write or update so....I will see what I can do though because I love reading posts with pictures. Makes it seem more real!
So, I should probably get back to work. I think I will go toast my cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread now. MMMM!
